- The platform is cellular-first: hardware operates over cellular networks independently of property Wi-Fi or broadband, so gates and doors stay online when building internet does not. Power backup is built into the hardware.
- Access methods include the smartphone app, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, voice assistant, and PIN, so there is no single point of failure.
- Deep PMS integrations with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and ResMan provision and revoke credentials automatically based on lease activity.
- Hardware is retrofit-friendly and works with existing gate operators and access points, minimizing disruption during deployment.
